5-course menu Game season

For the hunting season, the menu of Benoit highlights the great games, emblematic produce of fall and early winter. The chef Kelly Jolivet offers a 5-course menu which includes a starter, two main courses, a cheese plate and a dessert. Water and coffee are included.
